Customers from Eastern Europe would appreciate if you add Webmoney as a payment method. This system does not need any identity verification since payments are permanent and not reversable. The customer himself decide if he wants to be verified or not.
I am one of very few people who have USD bank account here while it's easy to find Webmoney vouchers or dealers in most large cities.
This is a fast growing market and there are well-known russian domainers. :)
