  • Do I get a discount if I buy domain names in bulk?

    Yes! Dynadot offers discounted domain pricing when you spend more than $500 with us in the last 365 days. We have two levels of discounted pricing that you can qualify for: Bulk Domain Pricing: $500+ spending per year Super Bulk Domain Pricing: $5000+ spending per year Once you reach $500+ or $5000+ in spending, your account will automatically receive our discounted domain pricing. If you want to receive our discounted domain pricing immediately, you can do so by prepaying into your account the amount you need to reach your preferred spending level.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments through the following methods: Credit Card Debit Card Paypal Skrill (Moneybookers) Alipay Payoneer eCash Bank Wire Money Orders Cashier's Checks Personal Checks Bank Transfer Apple Pay Union Pay Checking Account (Direct Debit) We accept payments in the following currencies: US Dollars (USD) British Pounds (GBP) Euros (EUR) Chinese Yuan (CNY) Canadian Dollars (CAD) Mexican Pesos (MXN) Brazilian Real Brasileiro (BRL) Indian Rupees (INR) Indonesian Rupiah IDR (Rp) Australian Dollar AUD (AU$) You can also pay for orders with account credit once you've added it. If you're planning to spend more than $500 with us, we recommend prepaying into your account to get our discounted bulk pricing or super bulk pricing ($5000 or higher spending required).A list of payment methods (with full details) can also be found on our Payment Options page.NOTE: Not all payment methods can be used with all currencies.

  • How do I add account credit to my Dynadot account?

    Account credit can be paid into your Dynadot account to be used for future orders with us. Using account credit has several benefits including faster order processing and, in some cases, discounted pricing. Plus, it never expires!To add account credit to your account, you need to submit a prepay order: Go to the Account Prepay page. Choose the currency you'd like to use for your prepayment by using the drop-down menu located at the bottom left corner of the page. Please note that your default currency must match the currency of your account credit to be able to use it for an order. Enter the amount of money you'd like to prepay into your account. The minimum prepay amount is $5 USD. Click on the "Credit Account" button. The item will be added to your shopping cart at the top right corner of the page. To checkout, click on the shopping cart and then click the "Checkout" button. Our system will take you through the check out process to submit your order. You will receive an "Order Finished" email from us when your order has finished processing. Once it has finished processing, you should see your Account Credit updated. Please note that any money you add to your account will be non-refundable. This is clearly stated in our Service Agreement, Part 1, Section 1.

  • What is account credit and what can it be used for?

    Any Dynadot customer can prepay money into their account. This then becomes what we call account credit. Account credit can be used towards any purchase at Dynadot.There are a few reasons why you may want to prepay some account credit into your Dynadot account: Faster processing of orders because it eliminates potential delay from other payment method processing. To reach the required spending of $5 to bid in our Expired Auctions, purchase a domain for sale in our Domain Marketplace, or place a drop catch request in our Domain Backorders. To instantly qualify for our Bulk domain pricing ($500 spending required in the last 365 days). To instanly qualify for our Super bulk domain pricing ($5000 spending required in the last 365 days).   • Where is the price list for all your services?

    You can find prices for our various services on the following pages:TLD Prices page: This page includes all our registration, renewal, and transfer pricing for all top-level domains we support. This page also shows bulk and super bulk pricing discounts. Domain Grace Deletion page: Some of our TLDs have a grace deletion fee.   • Do you charge an ICANN fee on top of your domain registration fee?

    No, we do not charge a ICANN fee on top of our domain registration fee. All fees are included in our domain prices; you won't see any additional fees added at checkout. We believe in transparent domain pricing.Check out our domain price list.

  • How can I see what my pricing level is?

    Dynadot has three different pricing levels: Regular, Bulk, and Super Bulk. Each pricing level is based on your spending with us in the last 365 days. Both Bulk and Super Bulk pricing offer customers discounted pricing and other benefits.Want to see what your pricing level is? No problem! Sign in to your Dynadot account. Look for "Price Level" section at the top of the summary page. Want to upgrade your pricing level to get immediate discounts and benefits? You can prepay into your account to reach $500/year or $5,000/year. (Your current annual spending total is also listed in the "Info" section under "Total Spending.")
