What is a support PIN?
The support PIN is a new security feature used to prevent anyone from gaining account specific information.
As of June 1st, 2022 our support team will ask for your Dynadot username and PIN before assisting with account-related inquiries.
Your PIN generates a new code when you log into your Dynadot account and is valid for 24 hours.
