I have sufficient funds in my PayPal account, but why am I still unable to pay?


We are not sure of the exact reason. Some users have reported that for some PayPal accounts, PayPal has set the spending limit of an account to $0.00 until the account is verified with a credit card or bank account. We recommend contacting PayPal for the exact reason why.
