• How do I pay with Payoneer?

  We're excited to announce we recently launched a new payment option making your transactions smoother and more convenient. To submit your Payoneer order, please follow these steps: Sign in your Dynadot account. Ensure that your currency is set to USD (U.S. Dollars), EUR (Euros), GBP (British Pounds), or AUD (Australian Dollars). Submit your order from our platform and select "Payoneer" as your payment method. Once the order has been submitted, you'll see an order number directly on the order page. Very Important: Please copy that number. Log into your Payoneer account. Submit the funds to the following Payoneer account: [email protected]. Please also make sure you have written down the order number. This will ensure there are no additional delays. NOTE: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed.See all our payment options.

• How do I pay with Crypto?

  Exciting news! We now support cryptocurrency payments through BitPay and BTCPay! To submit your order in Crypto, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. On the Payment page, select "Crypto" as the payment option and submit your order. After the order is submitted, click on the "BitPay" or "BTCPay" button on the Order Receipt page and you'll be redirected to the invoice for payment. Complete your payment with BitPay or BTCPay. Once we receive your payment, we'll continue processing your order.NOTE: Crypto payments can take 1-3 days to process. There's a minimum order amount of $1.00 USD and a maximum amount of $100,000.00 USD. Refunds for crypto payments are only given in Dynadot credit, which can be used to pay for future orders.
