Prepaid $9.50 yet my balance is $0.25
10/12/2009 08:13
Hi

I prepaid $9.50 into my account to rebuy my domain because it was disabled. My current prepaid balance is $0.25 and my domain is still disabled.

The payment method was Moneybookers.

Any help please?

You still need to repay the reversal for the other domain in your account.  Once you do that, we will re-enable your domains.

Ah I see.

Is there any way I could cancel that domain and keep the .org?

Sorry, that isn't possible.  We can't delete the domain at this point and the Central Registry has already charged us, so you will also need to repay the reversal for that domain.

Considering the previous payment reversals were Paypal payments, could you please verify your identity first?

I'm sorry, but as mentioned before, we cannot delete the .info domain.  We will not be enabling any of your domains until all of them have been fully paid for.
