I have paid you, but I did not get my privacy

Some minutes ago,I have paid for my privacy, but now I check back my account, it said you are waiting for my payment( usually it is instant). When I login to my paypal , it said the payment is completed. I already paid you.What is that problem.

Please check it for me.Thank you
