Either two things have occured. 1) Your domain has been shutdown due to copyright infringment.
2) You havent set your nameservers in the domain control panel. To do this, go to your account area, login, click on Domains, click on set name servers, and type in the name servers that your host provided you. These are normally in the form of ns1.yourhost.com and ns2.yourhost.com
If your domain was registered by us, and you have just ordered a web hosting package from us, you may need to change your Name Server Settings in order to use your new web hosting package. To do this, follow these steps (which can be found in our FAQ):
1. Log into your Dynadot account. 2. On the Account Summary page, look for the "Domain Summary" box. Click the "manage domains" link in the upper right corner of the box. This takes you to the Manage Domain Names page. 3. Click on the link listed in the "Name Server" column. After the page loads, you should see your current name server choice close to the top of the page. 4. Scroll down to the "Other Choices" section and find the "Dynadot Website" section. 5. Click the "Use Dynadot Website" button to use your Dynadot web hosting plan.
Please be aware that it might take some time for your changes to propagate. If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us.
