Hello

I've just ordered an web hosting account for 100Mo.
But after my order i've seen that those account don't use php/mysql.

So this hosting will not be used by myself.

Is it possible to cancel my order & be refunded back ?

I will understand if not, but i will be very happy if yes.

Could you send us an email about this?  If the web hosting account is new (less than 15 days), we can delete your web hosting and give you account credit or a refund.

Please email us at [email protected], or you can reply to the Order Finished email we have sent you when your order was completed.

That is very gratefull from you !

Don't worry, this money will be used in more new domains :p
