ok, so have no tech or idea what i am doing. but have designed a website using windows publisher and i would like to know if i can upload it?

if not, what is the easiest way in which i can design a website on my own?

please help!

You should be able to upload your website through Publisher using FTP, though, you will need to retrieve your FTP settings first before you can upload your files.
