How can i acces my website with ftp programs.

i use cute ftp on my computer. i tried to acces with cuteftp to my website. but i coulndt. please help me...

Hello,

Are you having trouble accessing the web server while using your FTP client or do you need help with setting up your FTP client? Steps for setting up your FTP client can be found in our FAQ:

If you are having trouble connecting to our web host server, it might be because our web hosting server was down at the time. We have sent out an email notifying customers using our web hosting that we will be performing a hardware upgrade today to address this. Please check your email.
