Hi there, I'm very sorry to hear that you are having issues logging into your hosting account via SSH.
Just in case, here are instructions on accessing the host via SSH: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/log-into-VPS
Also, you may just need to change the root password, you can find those instructions here: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/root-pswrd-change-VPS
