Two Problems

Sorry, but i have two more problems!

1. Expired domains are not leaving my account and just bothering me :-\
2. I didn't get to use the 80 cents from referral on my latest domain purchase!

Hello,

Thank you for your posting.

Domains are not removed from your account until 40 days after they expire. At that time the domains are deleted. This grace period is to give you time to renew the domains, in case you change your mind and decide you want the domain after all.

Your referral credit is in our system, and will be credited to your account after 90 days. (See the referral area in your account.) The reason we wait 90 days is to make sure there are no chargebacks for the referred order.
