We are always listening to our customers and the ideas you share with us, and a lot of that feedback shaped this update. We took a close look at how you actually use your account, and we made some changes to match.

The result is a more intuitive User Control Panel that is cleaner, faster to navigate, and organized around what you are trying to do, whether that is buying, selling, or bidding. Everything now sits where you would naturally expect to find it. Here is what is new.

Everything Organized by What You Do

The biggest change is the structure. Your Aftermarket area is now split into four clear sections:

  • Auctions
  • Buyer
  • Seller

Instead of hunting through mixed menus, you go straight to the part of the platform that matches your task.

One Place for Every Offer

Offers, broker conversations, and negotiations used to live in different corners of your account. Now they are unified into a single negotiation system.

Summary Page Upgrades

Your Summary page now works as a smart starting point. Each stat, from active bids to incoming offers to total spending, links directly to the page behind it. See a number that catches your eye, click it, and you are already there.

Smarter Backorders Page and My Auction Bids

My Backorders

Backorders are organized into one tidy section, with a few helpful additions:

  • A new info icon walks you through the full process with a visual flow chart, so the steps are clear before you commit.
  • You can download an invoice for any successful backorder request with “Download Invoice” button.
  • A new import button ( “import from my Watchlist”) lets you pull domains straight from your Watchlist into a bulk backorder, no manual copying required.

My Auction Bids

"Active Bids" and "Bid History" now sit in separate tabs, so your view stays clean.

We also added an Auction Settings page where you can set a maximum bid amount and manage your auction and backorder notifications all in one spot.

Built for Buyers

Buyers get some pages we think you will reach for often:

  • My Purchases is a new page that gives you a record of every aftermarket domain you have bought, including where each one came from, with invoices ready to download. We created the "Source" option to show where the domain purchased originated from (User Listings, Broker Service, Bundle Offer, User Auctions…). There"s also an "Invoice" option, where you can download invoices.

  • My Offers - We renamed "Incoming Offers" to "My Offers" and moved "Brokerage Offer > Outbound Inquiries" onto this new page. Some other useful changes are:Renamed "Closed" to "Cancelled"
    • Added an "All" category tab
    • Added a new message badge identifier
    • Rearranged column priority
    • Added more status badges for "Accepted Offer" and "Waiting Payment"

Built for Sellers

If you list domains, the seller side is more organized too:

  • My Sales is now its own page, so your completed sales are easy to review. Your "Inactive Listings" now stay focused on what has not sold yet and will display only "Not Sold" listings.
  • Seller Settings gathers your preferences in one logical place. We renamed it from "Aftermarket Settings" to "Seller Settings" and reorganized it for quicker access.

  • My Listings: Under the Sellers tab, you will find "My Listings", where we renamed "Active Dynadot Pay Links" to "Active Pay Link" and rearranged the column order in "Active Listings".
  • Incoming Offers pulls your buyer inquiries and broker conversations into one view, with the same clearer status badges and message indicators.

Under the Sellers tab, you will find "My Listings", where we renamed "Active Dynadot Pay Links" to "Active Pay Link" and rearranged the column order in "Active Listings".

A Watchlist That Watches for You

The Watchlist now has category tabs to keep your saved domains organized. It now lives under "Domain Monitoring" in the "Watchlist" tab, and domains you add are better organized into category tabs (Marketplace, Auctions, Backorders, Closeout, Not for Sale, and Not Registered).

For marketplace domains, you can set a price alert, and we will notify you if the price drops below the amount you choose. It is an easy way to stay on top of the domains you want without checking back constantly.
