How do I rename the email address under my free Email plan?

Our free email plan includes one domain email address (e.g., [email protected]). You can easily rename the local part of this address (the part before the @) from your account by following the steps below.
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "My Emails" in the left-side menu.
- Click the "Sign In" link on the right-side of the Email plan. This opens your webmail in a new browser tab/window.
- Click the "Settings" gear on the left to open up your mailbox settings.
- Find the "Modify Mailbox" section and edit your email address name.
- Click on the "Save" button to save your changes.
Changes take effect immediately. Your new email address will become the active one for sending and receiving.
Note:
- Maximum length: 25 characters (for the local part only, before the @).
- Allowed characters: lowercase letters a-z, numbers 0-9, hyphen -, underscore _, and period ..
- The first character must be a letter (a-z).
- Uppercase letters are not allowed in the local part.
