Yes, you absolutely can! Our email service is designed to be flexible and work seamlessly with your existing web hosting.

To connect your domain to our Email plan, you will first need to determine which name servers your domain is using.

If your domain uses third-party name servers:

1. Contact your web hosting provider for DNS management access

2. Add these DNS records in your hosting control panel:

   • MX

   Record Type:MX

   Mail Host:webhost.dynadot.com

   Distance/Priority:0

   • SPF

   Record Type:TXT

   Target Host:v=spf1 mx include:webhost-mail-out.dynadot.com include:spf.webhost.dynadot.com ~all

   • DKIM

   Host Name/Subdomain:default._domainkey

   Record Type:CNAME

   Target Host:clients._domainkey.webhost.dynadot.com

   • DMARC

   Host Name/Subdomain:_dmarc

   Record Type:TXT

   Target Host:v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]

If your domain uses Dynadot DNS:

1. No name server setup needed
2. Add the above DNS records directly through your Dynadot DNS Settings page.

Note:

• Please be aware that you can not use both the name server settings and the Dynadot DNS settings together for your domain name. You have to choose one as they will override each other. The latter one will exist in your domain settings.
• If your domain uses Dynadot Parking, Dynadot Forwarding, Stealth Forwarding, Dynadot Site Builder, or For Sale Landing Page, you could also set your domain to our Email plan directly.
