Can i Renew my subscription with an unverified paypal? I got a friend to get it with his credit card and transfer in my account. that is only way i have to pay is Netteller and Paypal (unverified)

Yes, you can renew using your unverified Paypal account.

To renew your domain, follow these steps:
- Log into your Dynadot account.
- Click the "Domains" link on the top menu.
- Click the checkbox next to the domain name you want to renew.
- Press the "Renew" button to create a "Domain Renewal" order.

Proceed to checkout to renew your domain, and select Paypal as your payment method.
