Dynadot does not allow its services to be used for the transmission of spam. If you have received spam, please submit a spam complaint here.
An email that is unsolicited but not bulk is fine, such as asking about a product before buying it. An email that is bulk but not unsolicited is fine, such as sending a newsletter. But sending an email that is both unsolicited and bulk is spamming.
If we receive any complaints about your domain being used to send spam, we will promptly start an investigation. If we determine that spam was sent using your domain, we will cancel your domain. You will no longer be able to control the name servers for your domain, and instead a Dynadot "domain cancelled for spam abuse" page will appear in its place. You will not receive a refund or credit.
