How do I set up Auto Prepay Balance?

Never worry about your balance again! We have launched the Auto Prepay Balance feature that can automatically top up your account when your account balance dips below your set threshold. Sit back and relax, knowing your services will run smoothly without a hitch.
To set up Auto Prepay, please follow these steps:
NOTE: This feature will only be available when your Dynadot account is at least one year old and has an order history.
To set up Auto Prepay, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "Payment" from the left-side menu bar and choose "Auto Prepay Balance" from Payment Center.
- Configure your settings:
- Toggle the switch to the "On" position to enable the feature.
- Select your preferred currency.
- Set your Trigger Amount by entering the minimum balance in the "When Account Balance is below" field.
- Set your Top-Up Amount, which is the sum that will be added when the auto-prepay is triggered.
- Choose your preferred auto payment method from the available options.
- Click "Save" to activate your settings.
NOTE: This feature will only be available when your Dynadot account is at least one year old and has an order history.
