¿Cómo ajusto mi configuración pago predeterminada para el portal en mi cuenta?


If you are planning to participate in our Expired Auctions and/or Backorders in our Marketplace, you need to set up your marketplace default payment settings first. Setting this up allows our system to put through your payment automatically so your order can complete on time. Both expired auction and backorder orders must be paid for within a limited time of 24-48 hours or you may be banned from our auctions.

Los siguientes métodos de pago están disponibles para su tipo de pago predeterminado en el portal: crédito en cuenta (selección predeterminada), o tarjeta de crédito. Usted podrá seleccionar hasta tres métodos y prioridades de pago.

Para establecer su configuración de pago predeterminado para el portal en su cuenta, primero necesita activar su configuración de pago automático siguiendo estos pasos:

  1. Inicie sesión en su cuenta de Dynadot.
  2. Select "My Marketplace" from the left-side menu bar and click "Default Payment" in the drop-down.
  3. Choose "Yes" from the "Turn default-payment on?" section.
  4. Press the "Save" button to save your changes.

Next, select your preferred payment method. First Priority is set to "Account Balance" by default. To change this, click on the "Account Balance" link, choose your preferred payment and currency, then click the "Save" button. Repeat the same steps if you would like to set a Second or Third Priority.

NOTE: We don't currently offer Alipay, PayPal, or Moneybookers (Skrill) as an automatic payment option. If you wish to use these for your expired auction or backorder order, you will need to manually complete your payment.
