We recommend contacting PayPal for the exact reason why. Learn more about using PayPal at Dynadot

    • How do I know how much I need to prepay to reach the next pricing level?

Dynadot has three different pricing levels: Regular, Bulk, and Super Bulk. Each pricing level is based on your annual spending with us. Both Bulk and Super Bulk pricing offer customers discounted pricing and other benefits. The easiest way to get to a certain pricing level and immediately reap the benefits is by prepaying into your account. To get to Bulk Pricing, you need to have $500 in annual spending and Super Bulk Pricing requires $5,000 in annual spending. You can see what your annual spending amount is by logging in to your Dynadot account and look at the "Spending in the last year" section directly from the summary page. Then, you can prepay the amount you need to reach either $500/year or $5,000/year. Once your prepay order is complete, you will see your "Price Level" updated under that same "Info" section and you will immediately have access to the discounted pricing and other benefits of that pricing level.

    • How do I select the auto-renew payment method for an individual domain?

Setting up auto-renew for your domains can ensure you never lose a domain! When auto-renew is set up, our system will take care of the renewal for you 30 days before the domain's expiration date. However, for the auto-renewal to be successful, you must have an up-to-date payment method selected. To select a payment method for an individual domain, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Click “My Domains”, then “Manage Domains” from the left-side menu bar. Click on the domain you wish to edit. In the "Renew Option" row, click "manage". Select "auto-renew", and click the 'save settings' button. You can also set a payment method for group of domains. At the moment, there are only two payment types used for auto-renewals. You can choose account credit or a credit card. You will need to make sure your credit card is up-to-date or that you have enough account credit to cover future auto-renewal orders. If we cannot process your payment, then your domain will not be renewed and you will receive an email from us regarding the failed payment. NOTE: The payment method you choose for auto-renewals is no longer the same payment method used for auto-paying expired domain auction orders.
