    • Why did your Euro pricing, CNY pricing, Canadian Dollar pricing and/or Mexican Pesos pricing suddenly change?

      When we increase or decrease prices in USD, we try to give our customers advanced notice. If you are purchasing in any other currency; however, you may notice fluctuations happening more randomly. This is because we try to adjust our non-USD pricing based on the fluctuations of that currency against the US Dollar. This includes the follow currencies: Euros (EUR) Chinese Yuan (CNY) Canadian Dollars (CAD) Mexican Pesos (MXN) How do I set my preferred currency? What payment methods do you accept?

    • How do I edit an existing credit card?

      To edit an existing credit card in your Dynadot account, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Info" from the left-side menu bar and click "Credit Cards" in the drop-down. Under the "Name" column, click the link associated with the credit card you want to edit. Edit your credit card information in the provided form. Press the "Save" button to save your changes. You can also choose to add another credit card or delete a credit card on this same page.     • How do I set my preferred currency?

      USD is the default currency for all accounts. If you are planning to use a currency other than USD as your preferred payment method, especially if you are going to use it for your account credit to cover any automatic payments*, you will need to set it up as your preferred currency. To change your preferred currency, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Account Info" from the "My Info" drop-down menu. Find the "Account Options" section. You will see "Select Your Currency" listed there. Choose the currency you want to use from the drop-down menu.     • How do I add another credit card to my Dynadot account?

      To add another credit card to your Dynadot account, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Info" from the left-side menu bar and click "Credit Cards" in the drop-down. Click on the "Add Credit Card" button. Enter in your credit card information in the provided form. Press the "Save" button to save your card. You can also choose to edit an existing credit card or delete a credit card on this same page. Looking for another way to pay?     • How do I pay in Mexican Pesos (MXN)?

      To pay in MXN, select "Pesos Mexicanos MXN (MX$)" from the drop-down at the top of our website (you will see other currency options there as well). This will change all of our pricing into Pesos. To complete your payment in Pesos, you will need to use PayPal. After you add your item to your cart, you can select PayPal as your payment method. Then, after you hit "Submit Order" on the payment page, we will provide you with a link to PayPal to complete your payment. Please note that if you do not complete your payment, your status will remain in "Waiting for Payment" and your order will not be able to complete. If you are planning to use Pesos as your preferred payment method, especially if you are going to use it for your account credit to cover any automatic payments, you will need to set MXN as your preferred currency in your Dynadot account.

    • What is account credit and what can it be used for?

      Any Dynadot customer can prepay money into their account. This then becomes what we call account credit. Account credit can be used towards any purchase at Dynadot. There are a few reasons why you may want to prepay some account credit into your Dynadot account: Faster processing of orders because it eliminates potential delay from other payment method processing. To reach the required spending of $2 to bid in our Expired Auctions, purchase a domain for sale in our Domain Marketplace, or place a drop catch request in our Domain Backorders. To instantly qualify for our Bulk domain pricing ($500 spending required in the last 365 days). To instanly qualify for our Super bulk domain pricing ($5000 spending required in the last 365 days).     • I forgot to click on the link to PayPal, Skrill, or Alipay after I submitted my order. How do I complete my payment?

      When you choose PayPal, Skrill, or Alipay as your payment method, you are given a payment link after you submit your order. In order to complete your payment and, thus, have your order complete, you need to click on the link provided on the "Order Receipt" page. If you forget to do this and close the page, you can also find the payment link in your Dynadot account by following these instructions: Sign in to your Dynadot account. You should see your open orders listed on your "Summary" page. Please click it. Click "Edit", then "Payment Link". This will generate a PayPal, Skrill, or Alipay's pop-up where you can complete your payment.

    • How do I pay in Canadian Dollars (CAD)?

      To pay in CAD, select "Canadian Dollar CAD ($)" from the drop-down at the top of our website (you will see other currency options there as well). This will change all of our pricing into CAD. To complete your payment in CAD, you will need to use PayPal. After you add your item to your cart, you can select PayPal as your payment method. Then, after you hit "Submit Order" on the payment page, we will provide you with a link to PayPal to complete your payment. Please note that if you do not complete your payment, your status will remain in "Waiting for Payment" and your order will not be able to complete. If you are planning to use CAD as your preferred payment method, especially if you are going to use it for your account credit to cover any automatic payments, you will need to set CAD as your preferred currency in your Dynadot account.

    • I have sufficient funds in my PayPal account, but why am I still unable to pay?

      We are not sure of the exact reason. Some users have reported that for some PayPal accounts, PayPal has set the spending limit of an account to $0.00 until the account is verified with a credit card or bank account. We recommend contacting PayPal for the exact reason why. Learn more about using PayPal at Dynadot

    • How do I add account credit to my Dynadot account?

      Account credit can be paid into your Dynadot account to be used for future orders with us. Using account credit has several benefits including faster order processing and, in some cases, discounted pricing. Plus, it never expires! To add account credit to your account, you need to submit a prepay order: Go to the Account Prepay page. Choose the currency you'd like to use for your prepayment by using the drop-down menu located in the top bar. Please note that your default currency must match the currency of your account credit to be able to use it for an order. Enter the amount of money you'd like to prepay into your account. Click on the "Credit Account" button. The item will be added to your shopping cart at the top of the page. To checkout, click on the shopping cart and then click the "Check Out" button. Our system will take you through the check out process to submit your order. You will receive an "Order Complete" email from us when your order has finished processing. Once it has finished processing, you should see your Account Balance updated. Please note that any money you add to your account will be non-refundable. This is clearly stated in our Service Agreement, Part 1, Section 1.
