    • Why did your Euro pricing, CNY pricing, Canadian Dollar pricing and/or Mexican Pesos pricing suddenly change?

      When we increase or decrease prices in USD, we try to give our customers advanced notice. If you are purchasing in any other currency; however, you may notice fluctuations happening more randomly. This is because we try to adjust our non-USD pricing based on the fluctuations of that currency against the US Dollar. This includes the follow currencies: Euros (EUR) Chinese Yuan (CNY) Canadian Dollars (CAD) Mexican Pesos (MXN) How do I set my preferred currency? What payment methods do you accept?

    • How do I set my preferred currency?

      USD is the default currency for all accounts. If you are planning to use a currency other than USD as your preferred payment method, especially if you are going to use it for your account credit to cover any automatic payments*, you will need to set it up as your preferred currency. To change your preferred currency, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Account Info" from the "My Info" drop-down menu. Find the "Account Options" section. You will see "Select Your Currency" listed there. Choose the currency you want to use from the drop-down menu. Click on the "Save Options" button to save your changes. *NOTE: We offer the following automatic payments: Domain auto-renew Expired Auction auto-pay Backorder auto-pay Website Builder auto-renew Web Hosting auto-renew What currencies does Dynadot accept?

    • How do I know how much I need to prepay to reach the next pricing level?

      Dynadot has three different pricing levels: Regular, Bulk, and Super Bulk. Each pricing level is based on your annual spending with us. Both Bulk and Super Bulk pricing offer customers discounted pricing and other benefits. The easiest way to get to a certain pricing level and immediately reap the benefits is by prepaying into your account. To get to Bulk Pricing, you need to have $500 in annual spending and Super Bulk Pricing requires $5,000 in annual spending. You can see what your annual spending amount is by logging in to your Dynadot account and looking at your "Total Spending" under the "Info" section on the right-hand side of the Summary page. Then, you can prepay the amount you need to reach either $500/year or $5,000/year. Once your prepay order is complete, you will see your "Price Level" updated under that same "Info" section and you will immediately have access to the discounted pricing and other benefits of that pricing level.

    • How do I add another credit card to my Dynadot account?

      To add another credit card to your Dynadot account, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Credit Cards" from the "My Info" drop-down menu. Click on the blue "Add a new credit card" link. Enter in your credit card information in the provided form. Click on the "Submit Card" button to save your credit card information.     • What currencies does Dynadot accept?

      Dynadot accepts the following currencies: US Dollars (USD) Euros (EUR) Chinese Yuan (CNY) Canadian Dollars (CAD) Mexican Pesos (MXN) You can select your preferred currency by hovering over USD ($) on the left side of our top bar. You will see EUR (€), 人民币 CNY (¥), Canadian Dollars CAD ($C), and Pesos Mexicanos MXN (MX$) as options. Once you have selected the currency you want, our website will show all pricing in that currency. If you select Euros as your currency, you will be able to complete your payment using either PayPal or Skrill (Moneybookers). If you select CNY as your currency, you will be able to complete your payment using Alipay. For both CAD and MXN, you will only be able to pay with PayPal. NOTE: USD is set as the default currency for all accounts. If you are planning to use any other currency for your preferred payment method, especially if you plan to add account credit in another currency, you need to adjust your default currency settings. If, for example, you have account credit in Euros and wish to use it towards an automatic payment such as an auto-renewal, but your default currency is set to USD, the auto-renewal will not be able to complete. Setting your preferred currency will make sure that it automatically show when you sign in to your Dynadot account.

    • How do I pay in Mexican Pesos (MXN)?

      To pay in MXN, select "Pesos Mexicanos MXN (MX$)" from the drop-down at the top of our website (you will see other currency options there as well). This will change all of our pricing into Pesos. To complete your payment in Pesos, you will need to use PayPal. After you add your item to your cart, you can select PayPal as your payment method. Then, after you hit "Submit Order" on the payment page, we will provide you with a link to PayPal to complete your payment. Please note that if you do not complete your payment, your status will remain in "Waiting for Payment" and your order will not be able to complete. If you are planning to use Pesos as your preferred payment method, especially if you are going to use it for your account credit to cover any automatic payments, you will need to set MXN as your preferred currency in your Dynadot account.

    • How can I see what my pricing level is?

      Dynadot has three different pricing levels: Regular, Bulk, and Super Bulk. Each pricing level is based on your annual spending with us. Both Bulk and Super Bulk pricing offer customers discounted pricing and other benefits. To see what pricing level you have, sign in to your Dynadot account. On the right-hand side, you will see an "Info" section. You will see your pricing level listed under "Pricing Level." Want to upgrade your pricing level to get immediate discounts and benefits? You can prepay into your account to reach $500/year or $5,000/year. (Your current annual spending total is also listed in the "Info" section under "Total Spending.")

    • How do I know if I have account credit?

      To view your account credit, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Look for the "Account Balance" field in the "Info" section located in the right-hand margin on the "Summary" page. If you have any account credit associated with your Dynadot account, it will be listed here. Choosing account credit as your payment method is the fastest way to register domains.     • How do I edit an existing credit card?

      To edit an existing credit card in your Dynadot account, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Credit Cards" from the "My Info" drop-down menu. Under the "Name" column, click the link associated with the credit card you want to edit. Edit your credit card information in the provided form. Click on the "Save Changes" button to save your changes. You can also choose to add another credit card or delete a credit card on this same page. Looking for another way to pay?     • What is account credit and what can it be used for?

      Any Dynadot customer can prepay money into their account. This then becomes what we call account credit. Account credit can be used towards any purchase at Dynadot. There are a few reasons why you may want to prepay some account credit into your Dynadot account: Faster processing of orders because it eliminates potential delay from other payment method processing. To reach the required spending of $2 to bid in our Expired Auctions, purchase a domain for sale in our Domain Marketplace, or place a drop catch request in our Domain Backorders. To instantly qualify for our Bulk domain pricing ($500 spending required in the last 365 days). To instanly qualify for our Super bulk domain pricing ($5000 spending required in the last 365 days).
