The Customer PIN is a new security feature used to prevent anyone from gaining account specific information. As of June 1st, 2022 our support team will ask for your Dynadot username and Customer PIN before assisting with account-related inquiries. Your Customer PIN generates a new code when you log into your Dynadot account and is valid for 24 hours. Related help files: How can I find my Customer PIN? Can I change/update my PIN number?
Sign in to your Dynadot account. Hover over your name (located on the right hand side of the screen). Your Customer PIN number will be below your email address. Here is an example:
Sign in to your Dynadot account. Click 'My Info' > 'Security'. Scroll down to the Customer Pin section. Here you can reset the PIN as well as see when it expires.
