How do I remove a backorder request for a pending delete domain?
You should be able to remove a backorder request on a pending delete domain in our drop catch as long as the domain has not yet dropped.
To remove a backorder request for a pending delete domain, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "Backorder Requests" from the "Marketplace" drop-down menu.
- Check the box next to the domain name and click on the "Delete from Pending List" button to save your changes.
Please note that when you placed your backorder, you agreed to pay for it. Any backorder requests that you do not remove will require payment or you risk being banned from our auctions.
