If you have lost or forgotten your Dynadot username or password, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Dynadot.com.
2. Click on the "Sign in" link at the top of the page.
3. Click on the blue "Forgot your username or password?" link.
4. Enter the email address on file for your account as well as the username (username is optional).
5. Press the "Look Up" button.

NOTE: For this function to work, you must enter the email address associated with your Dynadot account. Our system will not email you if you have entered the incorrect email address.
