I ordered an SSL certificate through Dynadot, do you have my private key?

No, we do not have a copy as your private key is generated with your CSR. If your private key was not saved or has been lost and you need your SSL certificate reissued, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select the "SSL" tab in the main menu.
  3. Click on the "Reissue" link next to the SSL certificate you want reissued.
  4. Submit your newly generated CSR under the "New CSR" box and then click on the "Reissue" button.
  5. Follow the "Checkout" process to reissue your certificate.

You will receive an email once the SSL provider has reissued the certificate to your account.
