Sound chat

When I write in chat window with support, sound is when I Send message but no sound when Dynadot support reply.
I would like that when I talk with Dynadot support via chat when they send me reply in chat that will be sound.

Thanks for your feedback. We do have a sound with out chats and it is a typical swish sound. But that may sometimes not obvious enough. I will let our designing team know and see if we could do something with this.
