API timing out / not working

I am new to Dynadot Api access. I am trying to access the domain info using API & am getting timeout issue after running long time

https://api.dynadot.com/api2.html?key=mykey&command=search&domain0=mydomain.com&show_price=1

I have already set my IP in API page. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.

Hi, were you able to get the API working? The command you entered was correct, and if you entered your API key incorrectly you would have received an 'invalid key' error instead of a timeout error. It may be that there was some temporary downtime with the API, or all the connections were busy at the time(s) you tried.
