API提交账户中有钱但是注册失败

账户中有钱，提交后还是返回insufficient_funds这个为什么呢，难道还有其他字段吗？

You will need to set the preferred currency to be Chinese RMB before you use your  balance for your API since you have RMB balance in your account. Here are the instructions:
