New DNS domain not connecting

I just purchased a new domain to use with my Minecraft server. I configured it so I can use the new domain to connect to my server instead of my ip address. When I attempted to connect to the server though, it refused to connect. it would sometimes work after a few attempts, but usually would not. Is there any way I can fix this?

Hi there! sorry to hear that you ran into this DNS connection issue!
There could be a number of circumstances to why the connection failed or was refused.
It would be best to email [email protected] with the exact domain name, the DNS it should connect to, and any error messages so that our Support team can have a look and advise. Thanks!
