Getting "Needs Initialization" for recently purchased domains

What does this message mean? Is there anything I need to do? The purchase already went through and it looks like the order was completed.

Some newly registered domains will need to be initialized before they can be used. Nothing is needed on your end, our team will check regularly. However, if it's urgent, you can always contact our support team via phone, chat or email. :)
