Charge Credit Card

You can attempt to charge your credit card if we were unable to charge your credit card initially.  (The order must be in "Waiting for Payment" status.)  To charge your card again, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Dynadot account.
2. Look for the "Open Orders" box.
3. Click on the "Charge Card" button to charge your credit card again.

Please note that you only get a total of three tries for each order before the system will prevent you from charging your card again. You may edit your payment type to choose a different credit card to charge.
