Website builder paid but unable to use

I paid for the website builder when I purchased the domain. I am using the website builder now but it is saying I can't publish because I haven't paid.

Our records show the sitebuilder was only added to your account when the order was completed after the verification was completed. Please feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.
