Payment still in Processing - caused domains to get dropped

I purchased several domains in the Marketplace.  Paid for some a couple of ways, via AMEX credit card and Paypal.  Summary page said Processing and stuck there for 2 to 3 days.  I only had 48 hours to pay for the winning bids.  It timed out because the payment was still processing,  My AMEX card show the charge authorized thru my account dashboard with my card company.  

My domains were cancelled because it didn't complete in the 48 hour time frame.   Now it says I am banned from Back orders and Marketplace bids for abuse.  

The system is flawed.  Not my fault if the system stalls out mid transactions.
