Order status still on Processing

The 16/06 I made an order for a .com domain, I paid with Paypal and today it's still on 'Processing' status. The order ID is: 5406534

How long will it be in that status? I need the domain with urgency. Thanks

Thank you for your message. The order had been in Processing status since it still needed to be manually approved by our Orders Team as they completed fraud verification checks.
