why i cant connect to my account?

When i try to upload something onto my webhosting account i cant. I mean i cant connect over FTP to webhost.dynadot.com.
Not even from control panel, from your site. Whats wrong?

Our webhosting server was down. It's up now, and we're looking into why this occured. Sorry for the inconvenience.
