It looks like we misunderstood the locking time period for the new INFO IDN languages. The actual locking period is 30 days from the day the domain was registered.
They stop automatically locking domains on Nov 20. A domain registered on Nov 19 would be locked for 30 days. A domain registered on Nov 21 would not be locked at all.

Domains registered on 2006/10/28 are still showing as needsync.

The domains are still locked by the registry. For the domains registered on 10/28 and 10/29, the 30 day lock period has already passed.
We have emailed Afilias to ask them when they will unlock the domains.

Afilias has responded, and said that the domains created on the 28th will be unlocked tomorrow.

The domains created on the 28th are still not unlocked. I guess we will keep waiting. Maybe they will unlock them tonight.

The domains are still all locked, even the ones registered on the 28th. We will email Afilias again to see what is going on.

It looks like the domains are starting to be unlocked. We will be syncing your domains with the central registry tomorrow.

All INFO IDN domains with the new language tags have been unlocked, except those registered after 11/04.
Afilias will continue to unlock the domains day by day.
