Sounds like you're entering the username.  We wanted the ability to push a domain without giving out any login info, so we use the forum name instead.

How do I find my forum name?

Your Dynadot forum name is different from your username. Your forum name is your public name, while your username should not be given out. Your forum name is used on our forums, blog comments, domain marketplace, our private message service, and change ownership requests.

To find your forum name, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
  2. Select "My Info" from the left-side menu bar and click "Account Info" from the drop-down.
  3. Find the "Community Options" section and your forum name will be listed there.

You can also change your forum name on this page.
