server is down for last 36 hours

Our server is down for last 36 hours, reboot or stop-start does not help.

We have contacted online support 24 hours ago and they have respond that we need to wait for the engeneer, but no messages since then and server is still down. Online support is now offline. Is there anyone going to solve my problem? I loose money, folks!
