Error establishing a database connection

Hi
Im getting this error from yesterday, it is the second time in a week, please try to fix it again

i m getting this error when i want to access to cpanel

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Should that error occur again, please do contact our support team. We may be able to point you in the right direction, in terms of what folder(s) are causing the issue.
