SMS Not working for Rogers

Hi, I was trying to switch on SMS with a Rogers Wireless phone. I know it works, because I can get it working with Google no problem.

I was selecting the Carrier "Rogers".

We're receiving an undeliverable bounce back when we try to send you the SMS. Are you sure you have your phone number entered correctly? The country code should be in the correct field and then your full phone number.
