what a surprise !!

i have registered a domain through dynadot before few hour. but i noticed the domain is still available to public.
I open a support ticket to dynadot, but dont get any response, live chat also off line.
I'm in real frustration.
Is there any one can advice me what i need to do now ?

We checked your order and it appears it was pending verification. Looks like the order has completed now and you verified successfully for future orders.
