Shit happens, but I expect to be informed when it does.

Like today, when many of your DNS servers failed for hours and my clients where left without a website and mail delivery. This was bad, and there was no update nor information what was going wrong from you side.

This is not acceptable, there is no way I could explain this f**up to my clients, because its not in their domain - but its in yours !!

Please - care about your service...
