Domain DNS on both aren;t resolving - 2nd time since Aug 19

Your chat is busy and no way to contact otherwise.

I previously had to transfer domains to avoid this and was assured it would not recurr but it has. Please reply

Your DNS server is not working. It's not resolving some domains. Are you going to solve this problem?
