Domain name - word mark conflict

Hello
I have received an email by Alexander Zick who has word trade mark rights of DIABETIZER. He asked me to release the domain mydiabetizer.com and of course I have set it for deletion.
Now I want to ask if you guys can refund me for that domain, because I can not use it anymore?
