am a little confused here....

Today I put in a order for a name that Dynadot caught, it said the name has gone to auction, when going to check the auction it said 1 bid from 1 bidder(me). Now I get notified that I have been outbid. Why didnt the name get awarded to me originally since I was the only bidder? The drop catching service here is bad enough but if names with only 1 bid still go to auction then I will be transferring my names out and canceling my account here. Total BS..........
