Problem verify order

I've purchased a domain name and received the email to verify by phone. But i didnt get any call and by the text message doesnt work too (i'm from South America by the way). In contact with chat support they tell me only way is calling to a number support, but i'm not fluency at English. I not find where to refund the order too
