The http://www.dynadot.com/company/prices.html page says that .info prices for a new domain are:
$2.99 $10.98 $18.97 $31.96 $39.95 $47.94 $55.93 $63.92 $71.91 $79.90
Isn't there a mistake with $31.96 and further?

No, there is no mistake with the listed prices. The prices you see listed on that page are correct.

The .INFO central registry gives a discount for .INFO domains that are registered for 1, 2, and 3-year periods. For the remaining time periods, the .INFO central registry does not give this discount. We are simply passing this discount along to our customers.
