Cannot bid on expired domains

Hello, I have purchased many domains from expired market but once i forgot to pay due to me being out. Now i find a good name but cannot bid. Please lift the ban so i can bid. I will make sure to pay this time.

The ban has been lifted. Please note that all Expired Auction and backorders need to be paid or our system will permanently ban your account next time.

I'm banned from the auction market though i dont know what i did actually. I'm a regular customer of dynadot. Can you plz lift the ban for me too?
