Dynadot Now Accepts Chinese RMB Through Alipay!

We are very excited to announce that we not only accept US Dollars and Euros, but we now also accept Chinese RMB! Chinese RMB is the official currency of the People's Republic of China. All RMB payments will be processed through Alipay, China's popular online payment platform (for those of you unfamiliar with Alipay, it is similar to PayPal).

If you'd like to pay in Chinese RMB, simply click on the top bar where it says either USD ($) or EUR (€) and select 人民币 CNY (¥). Once you have selected CNY from our drop down, every page of our website will show prices in RMB except for our backorders and expired auctions. Both backorders and expired auctions are only available in US Dollars.



Once you have added an item to your cart, you can select Alipay as your payment method by clicking the "Use Alipay" button on the payment page:



Then, after you hit "Submit My Payment" on the submit page, we will provide you with a link to Alipay to complete your order. Please note that if you do not complete your payment through Alipay, your status will remain in "waiting for payment" and your order will not be able to complete.

If you are planning to use CNY as your preferred payment method, especially if you are going to use it for your account credit to cover any automatic payments, you will need to select CNY as your preferred currency. You can do this by signing in and going to the "My Info" page. Then, under "Account Options," you'll see "Select Your Currency" with a drop down. Once you select the right currency for you, make sure you click "Save Options."
